How much are delivery costs inside Bahrain?
Your order will be delivered for FREE if your order is BD 25 or above. For orders below BD 25, a delivery charge of BD 2 will apply.
How long does delivery take?
Bahrain Orders: Within 2 - 4 Hours (applies to all orders during operation hours; 9am–6pm)
All orders before 9am will be processed after 9am.
All orders after 6pm will be pushed to next day and processed at 9am.
GCC Orders: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 1–2 weeks
How can I cancel my order if I need to?
Please contact us as soon as you can.
For Bahrain: We can cancel the order without any charge within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the order will be cancelled at the cost of the delivery charge of BD 2.
For International: If the item has already been shipped, we will be unable to accept cancellation.
What if I don't see what I need on your site?
Please email us your requirements and we will do our best to stock your favourite items.
What if I don't like the product once it is delivered?
No problem! Simply ship it back within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange it with another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. We can't, however, provide a refund for shipping charges, and it's not possible for us to cover the shipping costs of sending the item back.
