Payment Processing
All prices displayed on this website are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise stated.
Online payments are securely processed through MyFatoorah, our payment gateway provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable amount shown at checkout to be charged using your selected payment method.
Pet Arabia reserves the right to add, remove, or change its payment processing providers or available payment methods at any time.
Bank Fees
Pet Arabia is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by your bank, card issuer, or financial institution in connection with your transaction.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Pet Arabia Customer Support as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where applicable so our team can review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Duties and Taxes
For orders requiring international delivery, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before placing an international order.
Order Collection & Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and valid contact information when placing an order.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
If our delivery team is unable to contact you or complete the delivery due to incorrect information or the customer's unavailability, the order may be returned to Pet Arabia or delivery may need to be rescheduled.
Documentation
Pet Arabia provides standard order documentation, such as an invoice, where applicable.
Any additional documentation, certification, special formatting, legalization, or notarization required by the customer must be requested separately and may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled provided that the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Once an order has been prepared or handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please contact Pet Arabia Customer Support as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Refunds
Eligible products may be returned for a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In a resalable condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Food & Hygiene Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, food, treats, consumable products, and hygiene-related products cannot be returned or exchanged.
This restriction applies where accepting the product back could create a food safety, hygiene, or contamination risk.
Size Replacement – Bahrain
For eligible products purchased within Bahrain, customers may request a size exchange within the applicable 14-day exchange period.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and have all original tags and labels attached.
Size exchanges are subject to availability.
Item Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Pet Arabia may contact you regarding an alternative product, partial fulfillment, or refund where applicable.
Customs Regulations
Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the import of specific pet products, food, supplements, accessories, or other items.
For international orders, customers are responsible for checking the applicable customs and import regulations of the destination country before placing an order.
Pet Arabia cannot guarantee that every product available on our website can legally be imported into every country.
Delivery Delays
We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe.
However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, product availability, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will communicate significant delivery issues affecting your order.
International Orders
International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and products ordered.
For destinations or orders where online international shipping is unavailable, please contact us with your order details so our team can advise you regarding availability and provide a custom quotation where possible.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, or clearance requirements at the destination.
Quality Control
Pet Arabia takes reasonable measures to ensure products are stored, handled, and supplied appropriately.
For health and safety reasons, food, consumable, and hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods apply.
